What is Rehome?
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Polaris is a 5 year old pure bred Aussie from Oklahoma. If new home is willing to stay in contact and provide an additional $100, I can find and provide the ASDR pure bred registration papers. She is super sweet and loving with lots of energy. As an Australian Shepherd with lots of energy, she is better suited with kids over the age of 3 or 4 years old. I do not know if it is all cats, but we have one cat that she doesnt get along with (it could be the cat more than her but would advise to reconsider if you have cats). She has done well with all dogs so far. She grew up with two other female dogs.
Reasons for rehoming:
In process of moving, forced into a smaller home where we can no longer separate dogs on separate level than cats. There is a pet limit that we exceed by 1. And, we have a baby and thinking of another. She loves kids but is bigger and hyper active causing the baby to fall down when she tries to play/lick
