Flutter is quite a lover and has a big personality despite her small stature.
Petite and athletic, Flutter has a lot of kitten energy, as she is about 5 months old currently. She loves to play with the other kittens and cats in the community room she currently resides in and enjoys spending time with people just as much. If given the chance, she would love to hop right up onto your back or shoulder just to say hello, so she would be ideal if you're looking for a cat who is a bit eccentric and doesn't mind being handled.
Flutter was attacked by a dog before she came into our custody; despite this, she has shown growth and is fearless, as she loves to run into the main part of the home to greet both the dogs and the people out there. She needs to either be homed with another kitten or at least go to a home that already has a young cat. (2 years or less.) She has a lot of energy and enjoys the company of other cats, so she would do best with a friend, even though she very much enjoys the company of people.
She will make a fantastic little companion kitty who will greet you when you come home. She loves everyone she meets and will be sure to steal your heart.

Please note that our animals are rescued and transported from South Mississippi where major animal overpopulation means less homes. We only transport them if adopted, in most instances, we can be available for a video call once an application has been approved.
We are USDA certified, and WE PERSONALLY TRANSPORT OUR adopted animals to meet their new families. We transport every 2-3 weeks.
Our adoption fee includes the spay/neuter, age-appropriate vaccinations, Microchip, Mississippi Health Certificate, and the transport service to get the new family pet to you

We are located in South Mississippi, but travel up the east coast regularly (every 3 to 4 weeks) with pre-adopted animals.Dixie Adoptables is one of many shelters working to get animals out of the area where shelters are always full, and adoptions of the sweet babies are hard to come by. We are grateful to every person that chooses to adopt and give a home to a loving animal, whose only fault was being born in a part of the country where their value is underappreciated and spay/neuter is done far too infrequently.
