Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This sweet, velcro girl is named Jill. She is still young, about 2-3 years old based on her teeth. She was originally a stray, and the person who found her tried for 2 months to find her owner with no luck. She is very smart and has learned her name, so though she may not have had much training, she picks up things fast. We were told they thought she was a Jack Russell, but her size indicates that she likely is mixed with Cattle Dog among other things. She currently weighs 30 pounds. She has some herding instincts that her finders noticed. She follows her people around and loves to be a part of the activity. She would be a great little buddy. Additional adoption info

All potential adopters must complete an adoption application found at our website, www.petsnpals.org. Our fees are based on the cost of spaying or neutering. The price ranges from approximately $100 to $350 per dog and $125 per cat/kitten.

We are located at 12488 S. Harlan Road in Lathrop, California. We are open Tuesday - Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We are open by appointment only.

More about this shelter

Pets & Pals has been serving the community for over 20 years. We are a no-kill shelter. Our facility is extremely clean and well managed. The dogs are allowed to get out of their cages daily on a rotating basis to play in our outdoor areas complete with swimming pools!
