Meet Frank! He is a handsome fellow who is ready to find a new best friend to take him home. Frank was found at the local refuse transfer station. We don't know how he got there but he is a sweet guy who likes to play and lounge around as well. Frank will be well suited for someone who can give him some outside playtime everyday.
