Meet Rocky Knolls – The Resilient Warrior

Rocky Knolls is a 2-year-old Pitbull who has endured unimaginable neglect but refuses to let his past define him. Found dumped outside a vet clinic in OKC, he was emaciated, covered in kennel sores, and tested positive for heartworms—a clear sign of prolonged suffering. Yet, despite everything he’s been through, Rocky is nothing but love.

This boy is sweet, goofy, and full of life, but he’s never been shown how to "be a dog." After spending so much time confined to a kennel with no guidance, he’s still learning the ropes and would benefit from patient training and structure. He doesn’t show much interest in other pets—he simply pretends they don’t exist—but has zero aggression toward them.

Right now, Rocky is undergoing critical medical treatment, and with the right care, we expect a full recovery. His unbreakable spirit and loving heart deserve a second chance at life, and we can’t wait to see him thrive. Stay tuned for updates on his journey—this incredible boy is just getting started!
