Meet Wishbone, a 3 year old Treeing Walker Coonhound mix, approximately weighing 51 pounds. Wishbone, a young, sweet, and friendly dog who has a special love for food and treats. His enthusiasm for mealtime is infectious, and he has a knack for making everyone around him smile with his adorable antics. But don`t let his love for food fool you. Wishbone is also a loyal companion who thrives on companionship and playtime. He`s always up for a game of fetch or a leisurely walk in the park. He`s gentle, kind, and has a heart full of love to give. Despite his current circumstances, Wishbone remains positive and full of life. He has a lot of love to give and is looking for a forever home where he can share that love. Adopting Wishbone means gaining a loyal friend who will brighten your days with his love for life and food. Give Wishbone a chance, and he will surely fill your home with laughter, joy, and lots of love.
Wishbone will need an indoor home and a secure containment area to stay safe from wandering and escaping. Positive reinforcement, fear-free training will be needed. Daily exercise and mental enrichment will be very important. If you have other dogs in your home, we would be happy to arrange a meet and greet with your dog(s) to make sure everyone gets along. We don’t know how he will do with cats.
Wishbone is up to date on vaccines, microchipped, neutered, and ready to go home today!
