My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This is Buddy, he is an almost 2 year old German shorthaired pointer with Catahoula leopard dog, he is very high energy and once he loves you, he is going to love you for life.

He needs to go to someone who doesn’t have any animals already, as at the start of his life he was not treated very well by other animals so he is fearful. I’m sure he can be trained to not be as fearful but sadly I do not have the time or resources needed.

As stated above he is very high energy so somewhere with a yard where he can roam is much appreciated.

I love him dearly but I know that I am not giving him the time and energy he needs to be the best dog that I know he is capable of being. That’s why I believe he is acting out, not having enough time with me to grow into who he can be, and sadly it is messing with where I live.

Buddy is very loving and could be a great dog once settled with someone who will love him and have time for him.
