Sade’s foster says that she has been giving her wonderful homecomings after arriving home from work! Her happiness and enthusiasm when she sees her is so heartwarming. They spend time outside in the yard and remains excited when they come back in the house. She has been very playful, perfecting her ability for find a toy she really likes and entertaining herself. After playtime is over, she loves resting on her foster’s lap for some quality snuggle time.She may be older, but she has plenty of zest for life and plenty of love left to give. At 6-8 years old and only 10 pounds, she combines the wisdom of maturity with youthful curiosity, ensuring that every day with her is filled with new discoveries and playful moments. While in group foster in Texas, food is always available for the dogs. Many need the extra calories to put on much needed weight. Others may overeat and put on more weight than needed. This is easy to address post-adoption when they will be on a regulated diet.
