Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Rescued Louis from a shelter, he shows signs of abuse and has trust issues. He needs a very patient and loving home. He also needs some serious training he has some behavior issues that make him unpredictable. When he does feel safe he is a happy dog and sweet. He likes to play with his toys and likes to bark(talk) at them, he entertains himself. He likes short walks (he has short legs so long walks can be too much), he really, really, loves car rides.
