Here's what the humans have to say about me:
What a darling Bridget is! She came to us from a Pedigreed Ragdoll Cattery whose owner asked our help to find homes for some of her gorgeous adult Ragdolls. I think Bridget was one of her special favorites. She told me Bridget used to follow her around and help her clean her litterboxes every single day. That is a true friend. l think she misses her, she ask about her often.
We only got Bridget in early February through a program in which pilots volunteer their time and planes to help animals get to the rescue groups who can help them. Pilots for Paws it is a great program. Last week we got her spayed -you can her shaved pink tummy in some of the photo's. Now she is ready for her new home.
Bridget has a little of the "grumpy kitty" in her expression but she is not grumpy girl, she is a big lovebug. She does find photographers to be entirely unnecessary since they are holding up something in her face which means they are not petting her. She just wants to put her head in your hand. My photo's don't do her justice and especially they don't show her blue blue eyes.
So this little kitty really doesn't really want to be a movie star and she doesn't really want to be held to have her picture taken. I think being held is unfamiliar to her as it is to many of these kitties. She will get used to being held in her new home. I am hearing from my adopters that these wonderful kitties love being in their new homes where they can be the center of attention in a way they never were in their busy cattery. They settle in quickly and are happy.
Bridget is a white mitted Seal Point which means her feet are snowy white in brown soft legs. Seal means dark brown and Lynx indicates that she has stripes on her forehead. She has a high drama look of contrasts brown and white with her lush cream ruff around her neck and very plush dark brown tail.
Bridget is a loving, good natured playful girl. She likes other cats and would probably be fine with children middle aged and up. I don't know how she is with dogs. I expect she has never seen one. What she wants most is a human or humans who are home a lot. Do you work from home or are you retired so you have time to be her best friend? She would love that. Ragdolls are emotional, sensitive kitties that do best in happy, quiet, peaceful homes.
Some family will be so lucky to have Bridget's entertaining company and warm, cuddly attention.
Bridget is spayed, vaccinated, FELV tested, dewormed, microchipped, eats wet and dry food, and is litterbox perfect.
She is fostered by Harriet in Santa Cruz.
Purebreds Plus Cat Rescue is dedicated to matching exceptional cats with qualified adopters who will cherish their pet and create an ideal forever home.
If you believe you are the perfect adopter for Bridget please tell us why in the comments section of our Adoption Application, and contact Harriet at harrietluvskitties@yahoo.com or 831 588 1572. If you are unable to reach Harriet please email us at info@purebredsplus.org.
NOTE: We prefer families with children bring them to the adoption appointment. Why? This allows interaction between the children and the cat. This helps ensure they will be a good fit for each other. A mismatch between a child and a cat is not in anyone's best interests!

Additional adoption info
READY TO ADOPT?
The first step in the adoption process for your new kitty is to submit an adoption application. The second step is to contact the foster home listed on the specific cat(s) or kittens you are interested in to find out more. Are you adopting a kitten? Kittens do best when they have a friend or two to grow up with! Kittens who grow up with another feline friend tend to be well-behaved, well-adjusted, and overall happier. Purebred Plus Cat Rescue kittens are typically adopted as pairs or as a single kitten to homes with an appropriate feline playmate. If you prefer only one kitten, we strongly encourage you to consider one of our wonderful older kittens or young adult cats that are available!

Our cats are neutered or spayed, vaccinated and FELV/FIV tested. We are not a shelter. All of our cats are fostered in private homes. The whole goal of the adoption process is to ensure the cat or kitten is a good fit for you, the adopter, and your environment. We are looking for the best fit NOT first come first serve. We always focus on what is the best for the cat or kitten.
When you adopt from Purebreds Plus Cat Rescue, you are saving TWO lives - the cat you adopt and the cat who gets to take its place in rescue!
