Introducing Cotton, the pup with a heart as soft as his name and an adventure story that’ll melt your heart! Cotton was found standing in the middle of a desert road, looking a little confused—probably wondering how he ended up on the most unexpected detour of his life. But no worries, he wasn’t lost for long! When I squatted down to say hello, Cotton, being the sweet soul he is, trotted right over, and the rest was history. I scooped him up, popped him in the car, and off we went!

Now Cotton’s living his best life with other dogs, and although he’s still figuring out how to play (he’s a rookie, but he’s getting there!), he’s already a total champ at being affectionate. He’s a cuddly little guy who loves giving and receiving all the love he can. Cotton may have started his journey a bit confused, but he’s definitely found his place as the lovable, playful, and sweet companion that everyone deserves!

Their adoption process

1.
Submit Application

You will submit an application to our email. The board will review it. If approved then we move on to the 2nd step.

2.
Interview

We have you provide a video of your yard and house and a short introduction to yourself.

3.
Home Check

We come out for a home check and meet and greet. If all looks well then our dog may be adopted.

Additional adoption info

We have our adoption events at Petsmart in Rancho Cucamonga but we also drive our pets on the weekends to their new home if approved by the board.

We are veterans who came together because of dog rescue. We have similar views and respect for ideals. It is always about the dog with us. We want to make sure that the dog is a good fit for the home that is adopting them. Our dogs have not always had the best life and we believe they all deserve the best life can offer.
