This little Beagle boy is pleading for a share or two. Never in his wildest dreams did he think it would take him this long to find his forever family. He has been on the adoption circuit and posted one too many times giving him the “unadoptable” label according to potential afopters. They now tell us they feel there must be something wrong with him as he has been with us so long without interest. It is quite defeating to hear this as Hopper has done nothing to earn this label nor does he deserve it.

To combat this label we would like to advocate on behalf of our little buddy Hopper. At just about 20lbs Hopper is a great compact size, but his personality is about as big as it gets. He loves playing with other pups, or going for walks where he can take in all the new smells. Licki mats, puzzle toys and a good chew will keep this guy busy when inside. Hopper loves all humans and even more than that he loves spending time with them doing fun doggy activities. A Little "Kibbles & Bits" About Us
Crate Escape is a small family run rescue. We are a family friendly rescue we do not have an age requirement for kids in an adoptive home. We believe that it is better to educate kids on the proper way to care for the pups so they can use the knowledge in the future. All pups from 8 weeks on up are spayed/neutered. All of our pups are in foster care or in our own home. They are all vetted prior to entering their forever homes.
Our Mission "Possible"
With your help you can make our mission possible! Our rescue specializes in saving pups primarily from North and South Carolina in high kill shelters. Believe it or not there is over an 80% euthanization rate for unwanted dogs/puppies. Shelters can be a taboo for dogs especially young puppies. They carry deadly illnesses that puppies are susceptible to such as parvovirus, distemper, etc.

Our second goal is to PROMOTE, ADVOCATE, AND EDUCATE people about the importance of having a pet spayed/neutered. All of our pups (8 weeks +) are spayed & neutered. This is so important in helping us achieve our goal.
