HI - I'M SWEET HOLLY! I'm a white Lab-Pit mix girl (paperwork says Lab) in need of a foster or forever home. I'm about 4 years old and have a lot of love to give. I've been waiting quite awhile for a home but nobody has chosen me. I was rescued from an overcrowded California shelter awhile back, and while there I was kenneled with another female dog. I like some dogs but not others, and may do best as an only dog or possibly with a male companion. I'm loving and gentle with people, and would love a home of my own this year. We have an extensive application and spend time with potential applicants to make sure we match people with the right dogs. We also have a 100% return policy as we understand sometimes adoptions just do not work out.

Freedom Ride Rescue Inc. is an active 501(c)(3) animal rescue based in Ventura, Calif. We rescue dogs and cats primarily from overcrowded California shelters, and do our best to find wonderful homes for them. We also take in many owner surrenders every year. We adopt dogs to people in many states, and have a high success rate with our adoptions. We do our best to match people with the right dogs.
