My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Oliver is a sweet 3-year old male Shepherd mix who was surrendered by his owner on March 2, 2025 because he was no longer able to take care of Oliver due to landlord/housing issues. Oliver was accompanied by his housemate Mordy (a 7-year old male American Staffordshire Terrier) who was also surrendered on March 2nd.

Oliver has a tan short smooth coat with white/cream-colored highlights, a long tail, and an adorable face with dark brown eyes, a white stripe on his forehead, a splash of white on his slender muzzle, and semi-erect ears.

Oliver weighs 74 lbs.

These preliminary photos of Oliver were taken in his large floor crate on March 4th and March 5th, 2025 since there was "no room at the inn" due to an over-capacity of dogs in our shelter ... and all of the larger kennels were occupied.

Although these photos tugged at our heartstrings, we are hopeful that we will have an opportunity to take some out-of-crate pictures to show just how handsome Oliver really is.

Oliver has already been neutered, he could leave our shelter immediately with an approved HSOV Foster- or Adoption Application.
