What is Rehome?
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Vinny is a lazy dog who loves to be at home with his people! Unsure of his exact age, we guess somewhere between 5-9. His favorite activity is sleeping and cuddling. He seems to be more comfortable with women but is fine with both men/women once he has time to become introduced to strangers. He is reactive to other dogs/animals. We have completed trainings for this and are able to use commands to walk him on a leash. He is very food motivated, he is a quick learner. Vinny does have separation anxiety and will cause damage to the house if left alone and left out. He also does not do well left in a kennel alone - he will scratch/bite at the kennel and will get sick, howl/cry. We have someone at the house with him all the time and he is taking Clonidine as medication for it. Last year we also had a small tumor removed from his back thigh and found he does have cancer. He is a very calm dog when at home and is very goofy and lazy. Believe he would do best in a home with no other animals.
