He is an 11-year-old Maltese/Shih Tzu mix looking for a quiet home where he can enjoy his golden years. Diesel was purchased from a breeder 11 years ago, and although he's lived a full life, he is now ready to settle into a more peaceful environment. Diesel has a sensitive side, which includes some separation anxiety. Because of this, he's best suited for a home where he can be the center of attention and receive the patience and love he needs. Diesel does tolerate other animals, but he can be a bit cranky, especially if he feels threatened or overwhelmed. He does better with older kids who understand that he needs space. He would be the perfect companion for a family or person who is looking for a devoted friend to spend their days with. He is very smart and listens well to commands.
