My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet the Beautiful Peanut Butter Babies at the FCHS. They will be larger dogs, so an experienced pet owner with a yard to let them get their exercise is required. They are not appartment sized dogs.
Fenced yard required if you are near highways or high traffic areas. We have males and females available, so get me your application ASAP. They won't be here long!

More about this shelter

The Forest County Humane Society is a non-profit, no-kill shelter in the great north woods located in Crandon, Wisconsin. We rescue, rehabilitate and adopt out all breeds of dogs and cats. Every animal is given a thorough examination by a veterinarian before placing them in a loving home and all animals are tested for Lyme disease, heartworm, feline leukemia and other infectious or debilitating diseases. They are vaccinated, de-wormed and spayed or neutered. All animals are lovingly cared for until being placed in their “fur-ever” family. Our website is www.forestcountyhumanesociety.org.
