Meet Charm! This beautiful boy came into our care as a stray. Charm was initially wary of us, but with some patience and yummy treats he came around. He is still a little nervous of strangers, so he will need time to decompress and gain comfortability in your home. Charm would greatly benefit from a home that will help them catch up on the socialization and basic training they missed out on so far. Charm does well with other dogs but would appreciate slow introductions while he works on building up his confidence. If you have other animals in your home, we recommend bringing them in for a meet and greet before taking them home. OUR MISSION: It is the mission of the Fairfield County Dog Adoption Center & Shelter to provide an environment of continuous improvement; emphasizing excellent service and safety for the community; providing the dogs and people of Fairfield County protection, care, and compassion with innovative, yet sustainable means; all while maintaining a standard of the utmost integrity.

It is the purpose of the Fairfield County Dog Adoption Center and Shelter to embrace the dogs of the community; to keep lost or adoptable dogs safe until they can find their way home; to protect Fairfield County through the enforcement of Section 955 of the Ohio Revised Code , and to continue to provide the community with education opportunities on the importance of pet safety and population control.
