I purchased her from a lady who decided not to use her breeding. I have tried for the last 15 months to work with her on her potty issues but I'm losing the battle.
She likes to pee on anything that is cloth which includes furniture, bedding, rugs, and bathmats. I have removed all rugs, bathmats and her dog beds from the house. The dog beds were removed because she pees on the bed then sleeps on it. She sleeps on a rubber kitchen mat because she doesn't pee on it.
She does get along with children, but she can be jealous of my grandchildren when I give them attention. She can be a little hyper when the children first get to the house but settles down after 15 min. She jumps and licks on them. My grandchildren are 10, 8, 1.
She needs to be housed with a single or married couple that can give her the attention she wants. They must be able to work with her on pee training.
She does go to doggie daycare on occasion, so she is socialized.
