Found abandoned as a 4 week old kitten. He integrated with 2 older female cats. At 3 months he was neutered and had shots and was chipped beforehand.
He is about 1 1/2 years old now and I had hoped he would settle down, but he hasn't. While I am sleeping, he makes a mess with my desk, house furnishings, and cat litter, and how dare I sleep past 5am. He gets right in my face and meows.
I think he needs to have more space, go outside, catch mice, he just has too much energy for my household. I am 74 now and just cannot have an outdoor cat here, or keep my house clean.
But I have to say that he is sweet and does not scratch or bite. He purrs loudly when I put down his food. He loves to eat and wants to eat his sisters food too. So he has a belly and has a nickname of Fatcat, or Boyo.
