Boniface got his name for a reason. The beginning of the name is “boni” (or bonny), which means beautiful. When you combine that with the second part, Boniface’s name means beautiful face. When you look at him, you’ll instantly notice his face is full of scars. He had an incredibly rough life before coming to rescue. He was living in the streets, fighting with other male cats, trying to survive. Those scars mean Boniface is a survivor. His history may be marred but he is still beautiful.
Boniface’s nickname is Bonnie. Although you might think this tough street cat is still tough, you’d be very wrong. Bonnie is a big ol’ cuddly teddy bear. He purrs all the time. All. The. Time. He’s just so happy to be inside where he’s warm, loved, and fed. He’s such a happy fellow. He craves attention. Absolutely craves attention. He’s always down for some intensive lap time.
Bonnie’s best friend in the whole world is Binnie. Binnie is a hyper little girl who loves, loves, loves herself some Bonnie. She cannot get enough of him. He’s such a sweetheart that he puts up (and secretly enjoys) the ultra-clingy half pint tabby.
