Winston, 5 yr old shihtzu, neutered, hw negative. Very social. He was surrendered by an elderly man who physically can't care for him anymore. The man was crying and brought his past vet records and clearly kept up with his grooming, etc. So Winston is more than ready to be back in a home environment!
