My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Otter – Your Playful, Cuddly Companion!

Otter is a sweet and loving pup who’s ready to become the best friend you never knew you needed! With his playful energy, curious nature, and irresistible cuddles, Otter will make your heart melt every time he looks at you.

Personality: Otter is a happy-go-lucky dog who’s always eager to explore the world around him, but he’s also a big fan of snuggles and quiet time. He’s curious and adventurous, constantly looking for new environments to explore and toys to play with. Although Otter is still learning to trust new people, once he’s comfortable, he’s incredibly sweet and loves to be held and cuddled. His playful and energetic side is balanced by his gentle, easygoing nature once he feels safe.

Favorite Activities:

  • Playing with toys and balls (he's always up for a game!)

  • Chewing on his favorite bones and chew toys

  • Snuggling in cozy beds and blankets

  • Exploring new environments and enjoying outdoor adventures

  • Enjoying tasty treats and food puzzles for a little brain exercise

Otter’s Quirky Habits: Otter might be cautious when meeting new people, but once he’s in your lap, he’s all about love and affection. His big bark might make him sound like a tough guy, but don’t let that fool you – he’s a softie at heart! Otter loves the security of being with his people and may need a little time to warm up, but when he does, he’s a loyal cuddle buddy.

Perfect Home: Otter would thrive in a home where he’s surrounded by love, patience, and understanding. He would do well in a family-friendly environment, particularly with other pets for companionship. Otter enjoys being active, so an active family or a home with plenty of outdoor space to play would be ideal. He’s still learning to trust, so a calm, relaxed environment will help him feel safe and secure. A household that can provide him with plenty of mental stimulation and room to grow will be perfect for this clever boy.

Training: Otter is crate trained and almost fully house trained, although he’s still working on his confidence when it comes to coming when called. With a little time and patience, we know he’ll keep improving. He’s very smart and eager to learn, so training will be a fun journey for both of you!

What Makes Otter Special: Otter is a gentle, sweet, and playful pup who will quickly become your loyal companion. His affectionate nature will make you feel like the luckiest person in the world, and his playful energy will keep you entertained for hours. While he may take a little time to adjust to new faces, once you’re his person, he’ll shower you with love and cuddles every day.

Could Otter be your new best friend? Come meet him and see just how special he is!
