Take the Pet Home
Shania, the epitome of puppy sweetness, greets everyone with enthusiastic kisses and a wagging tail. Rescued alongside her two siblings just in the nick of time from a dire fate, Shania arrived with a host of challenges, including worms, fleas, and ticks. Today, she is healthy and thriving, full of natural curiosity and boundless affection. Her playful and energetic spirit makes her an absolute delight to be around, and she forms fast friendships with dogs of all ages and sizes. Although she hasn't yet met any cats, her congenial nature hints at a smooth adaptation. Shania is wonderful with children, boasting a gentle demeanor that prevents her from jumping, making her an ideal companion even for toddlers. While she is still learning the ropes of leash training and housebreaking, she is already comfortable in a crate and enjoys car rides. Nestled in her covered outdoor kennel in Texas, Shania is a charming and adaptable pup eagerly awaiting the opportunity to bring joy to her forever home.
We estimate Shania to be about 5 months old and weighing about 20 pounds. Due to her current small size we anticipate that she will stay small to medium sized when full grown. Without seeing a mom or dad, it's always hard to determine a breed. She may have some hound in her, but your breed guess is as good as ours!
Shania is currently in Texas, but if adopted will come to the NJ area on our next transport.
