My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! My name is Philipe. I am a 4 month old Toy Part Poodle. Party means that I am two colored. I previously came from a puppy mill. I am up to date on my shots and will only be adopted out on a spay/neuter contract. That means my new family will sign a contract stating they will get me neutered by a specific date. They will have to show proof of neuter from their veterinarian. I will need to go to a home where my new family has the time to train and spend time with a brand new puppy. Fenced in yards are preferred and also another little one for Philipe to play with.
