Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Lee N Lea came in to rescue this week with 2 other horses, from an owner who was not able to care for them. She is a registered Quarter Horse, Intimadating Lee x Bricks Sweetie.
Lea is a very nice little mare; good conformation and great ground manners. She is 15 hands, about 50-75 pounds underweight right now, but has had her teeth floated and been checked for parasites since arriving at rescue. Should be pretty easy to put some weight back on her now that her teeth have been addressed. We also had her feet trimmed and updated her vaccinations for tetanus, influenza, and Eastern/Western encephalomyelitis.
I took her for a ride last weekend, and she was a little edgy getting started (new gear, new rider, new place, and who knows how long since she was ridden last?) but settled down nicely once we got going. She remained calm and steady even with the other horse on the ride with us bolted. She has nice, smooth gaits; this gal should be a great ride.
We are asking a minimum donation of $100 for adoption. For more information or to make a donation to help cover the cost of care for these 3 horses, please contact Jes at docjesadams@gmail.com or 509-690-7343.
