Hazel is a sweet and goofy hound with the most lovable personality. She’s always up for a long walk and enjoys lounging on the deck. Hazel loves exploring the fenced yard and is a big fan of getting treats from our friendly neighbors. When it’s time to relax, Hazel knows how to get cozy! Whether it's on the recliner or snuggled up in bed, she’s a pro at lounging. She sleeps best in her crate and appreciates her quiet time. Don’t let her short legs fool you — Hazel can be a bit of a mischief-maker! She’s been known to counter surf and sneak a snack when no one’s looking. While she generally gets along well with her doggy sibling, she is working on her resource guarding of food, so would do best in a home without other dogs or a family that is able to navigate this with more than one dog. She would do best in a home without young kids. Her soft ears and love for belly rubs make her irresistible. If you’re looking for a playful, snuggly companion with a little spark of mischief, Hazel is the perfect pup for you! Adoption fee is $350+ tax; please apply at www.campcompanion.org
