Story
Mylo is a charismatic 6 month beagle mix breed coming in at approximately 24lbs. He's really energetic, playful and loves to cuddle. Great around other pets and kids. Housebroken long as a regular schedule is kept if not he may have an accident but it's not common. All shots are up to date including rabies vaccine! One thing about this guy is he loves his sniff walks once you head outside that nose gets too running. Besides that basic obedience training would be a plus to get him a bit more comfortable in new environments. He's also microchipped!

Story
Apply to Adopt Me! Dougie is a sweet, 12-week-old baby boy weighing about 12 pounds. His brothers are Blaze and Snoop. Their mom was recently adopted from LR and she is 17 lbs. and believed to be a beagle/chihuahua mix. We don't know what breed/mix his daddy was.  To know Dougie is to love him, you just can’t help it. He has a wonderful nature about him, easy-going, so affectionate and cuddly. He gets along with all his foster buddies and his brothers. And he is definitely a people pup. He looks up at you with his big, beautiful brown eyes, and you can’t help but pick him up and hug him. He will put his arms around your neck and snuggle under your chin. He will so melt your heart. Dougie is being trained on potty pads and lots of outings in the backyard, he’s almost there with a few mistakes along the way. He is just learning to walk on a leash and does really well, especially when he’s with his brothers or foster buddies. His little beagle self needs to smell everything. He loves to play with his two foster brothers, running in the backyard chasing each other wrestling. He also keeps busy with lots of toys and chew sticks. Dougie sleeps through the night with his siblings in a big crate. He’s really good when you bathe him. He loves people and other dogs and would do best in a fenced yard and would love to have another dog to play with. If you’re looking for the cutest, easy-going, playful, happy little guy, it’s Dougie. Since he's still a puppy he will need to continue his training and socialization. If you live in the Central Florida (Orlando) area and think you would be the perfect forever home for Dougie, we'd love to find out more about you. Please complete an application and let us know more about your family. March 13, 2025, 10:50 am

Story
Apply to Adopt Me! Blaze is a confident and sweet 12-year-old male weighing 13 pounds. His brothers are Dougie and Snoop. Their mom was recently adopted from LR and she is 17 lbs. and believed to be a beagle/chihuahua mix. We don't know what breed/mix his daddy was. Blaze is beautiful. He has gray and white fur with gray eyes. He is a sweet little cuddly bug. He is the leader of the pack as he is doing zoomies, playing tug-of-war with his brothers, and playing with his toys. He also loves his foster buddies. Blaze is very social. He loves all people and dogs he meets. He is learning to use potty pads, going outside lots and taking walks. He’s doing pretty with his potty training. He’s learning to walk on a leash and he is a real trooper at it. He loves to sit by your side and cuddle next to you while watching TV. He is very smart and a happy-go-lucky little boy. He sleeps well during the night with his two brothers in a large crate  He is very good on car rides. He sits quietly on a bed. He has lots of toys and things to chew like Himalayan cheese sticks, which keeps him pretty busy. Blaze is a cuddly, loving little boy with lots to learn about life. He’s such a happy boy and is eager to learn. He would do best in a home with a fenced yard so he can continue his zoomies and would especially love another dog to play with.  Since he's still a puppy he will need to continue his training and socialization. If you live in the Central Florida (Orlando) area and think you would be the perfect forever home for Blaze, we'd love to find out more about you. Story
Hi, I'm Dale! I'm a 2-year-old Basset Hound - Beagle blend and I weigh 35 lbs. I love playing outside and snuggling with my people, and I'm looking for a family who likes those things, too! General Behavior: Dale is a very loveable dog. He is quite athletic and sure would love to run around the yard.He is affectionate and snuggly and will greet you at the door every day with a wagging, wiggling tail, but he's also independent and clever and can do his own thing. Likes & Dislikes: Dale loves walking and being outdoors. He enjoys playing with toys and a ball, too. Training: Dale is a good boy! He is housetrained if let out regularly, loves going on car rides, and generally has good basic manners. He has a tendency to pull on a leash while walking, but that can be corrected. He sleeps in a dog bed in his human's room at night. Medical: Dale only needs monthly flea and heartworm preventatives, like any dog. Other Animals: Dale is good with other dogs of all sizes, especially other calm, laid back dogs. He hasn't been observed around cats, but his foster thinks he'd be OK with them. Children: Gentle Dale hasn't been observed around children yet. Home: Dale will bark if left alone, so he'd do best with a single-family home where someone is around more often than not. Once he's settled into a permanent home, this barking may correct itself. Grooming: Dale should not need too much elaborate grooming beyond brushing, nail trims, and the occasional bath. Overall: Dale will make a wonderful companion for an active family who can love him forever. Do you find Dale to delightful? Then visit our website www.PoodleandPoochRescue.org where you will find the application to adopt. You’ll be put in contact with the foster family for more information if it’s a potential match. Dale is up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative, microchipped, and neutered. His adoption donation is $375. ##2252735##

Story
Hi, I’m Rufus, a sweet and playful Beagle/Basset Hound blend boy.  I’m two years old, weigh 30 pounds and have a black, white and tan coat.  I’m looking for a loving, patient family who is willing to help me learn more about life as a dog! General Behavior: Rufus is an affectionate and adventurous boy who is happily learning about life with his loving foster family.  Likes & Dislikes: Rufus loves toys – the more the better!  He also enjoys the company of his humans, especially when they are willing to give a good belly rub. Training: This sweet boy will need a patient family who will continue his training.  He’ll need a consistent schedule for house training, and he is still learning basic manners and leash walking.  He is food- and love-motivated, which will go a long way with training. Medical: Rufus will need heartworm and flea/tick preventive medicines like any pup. Other Animals: Rufus is experienced with calm, laid-back dogs and enjoys their company.  He does not have experience with cats, but his foster mom thinks he would be fine with them.  Children: Rufus is great with kids of all ages! Home: Rufus can find his way under fence panels and will require a single-family home with a securely fenced yard.  Grooming: As a short-haired pup, this cutie will just need to have regular baths and nail trimming. Overall: If you are looking for a playful and curious companion, Rufus may be the one for you! Are you the one for Rufus?  Please visit our website www.PoodleandPoochRescue.org where you will find the application to adopt. You’ll be put in contact with the foster family for more information if it’s a potential match. He is up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and neutered. His adoption donation is $375. ##2252730##
