Maverick is a purebred beagle, purchased from CR Beagle (farm in Iowa). He is very loving and sweet, and is 2 years old, born on 7/6/22. We love Maverick tremendously, which is why we are making the difficult decision to rehome. We have some medical issues with two family members at once, that is going to make it impossible to care for him and allow him the freedom to roam that he needs. He is very high energy, and we are looking for an adopter who can offer him a fenced yard or lots of walks. We don’t want to have him living in a crate, and therefore we are trying to make the best choice for him.

I do okay on a leash but could use some training. I think my foster mom has some plans for that. I love meeting new people, no one is a stranger to me. I will make a great companion. I have settled into my foster home very well and get along well with the resident giint breed dogs. Est. We adopted Roma from KC Pet Project in 2019. We were told that she was a year old but she was a stray and they did not have exact details. She is very territorial and we take precautions if anyone comes to the house. She does great at the groomers and doggy daycare and they love her at both places. Due to a divorce, the family dynamics have changed and the main caregiver for her moved away. Our schedules are busy and we are not able to give her the time and dedication she deserves. She was professionally dog trained by Sit Means Sit.
