Found as a stray who was never claimed, it would seem that she had been previously abused. She was first adopted by an elderly lady who said that she was afraid of her cane at first. She became comfortable and happy at her house, only this elderly lady is now in hospice care and needs to rehome her. Except for going to the vet's offices, Chelsea is not accustomed to being away from the lady's house..She has enjoyed playing with other foster dogs, but occasionally, can be bossy and dominant with them. She is initially skittish and shy, but warms quickly. As such, she would be a flight risk, so would recommend double-leashing her and having a secure, fenced yard. She loves to run back inside for a treat; is well crate-trained....Although she enjoys sleeping with someone, more recently, she has slept in her crate.....is very food and treat motivated. Is an even prettier dog in person, who deserves a lot of love... NO YOUNG CHILDREN. FENCED YARD REQUIRED; VET'S REFERENCE REQUIRED.February 18, 2025, 3:19 am

We adopted Charlie as a puppy in 2018, and he’s been a cherished part of our family ever since. Charlie is a true cuddle bug—he’s happiest curled up on the couch with his favorite human or his sister, Serra (also available for adoption, and we’d love for them to stay together!). Charlie adores food and will do just about anything for a treat. He’s lived with many cats and gets along great with them, as well as other dogs. While he’s a bit nervous in new situations, he’s incredibly friendly and loving once he warms up. Like any good hound, Charlie enjoys exploring the world through his nose and will bark to let you know what’s happening. He’s spent most of his life indoors with access to a fenced yard, and while he’s not a runner, he loves his leash walks. Recently, he’s been staying in the garage with Serra, and we want to find a home where they can both thrive. If you’re looking for a loyal, affectionate companion, give Charlie the cozy couch he deserves!

Hi, I`m Dorthy. I’m a possible Beagle mixed little girl. I’m very small, only arojnd 5 pounds, but I will likely be medium sized just like my mom who is only 30 pounds. I’m as sweet as can be and love attention! I`m still a puppy, learning about the world around me but I’m curious aboht everything’s and love to explore. I`m the smallest of my siblings, but what I lack in size, I make up for in heart. I may take a little time to warm up, but once I do, I promise you`ll have a loyal friend for life. I`m hoping for a family who will be patient while I grow and who will love me forever. Adopting me means gaining a companion who will love you unconditionally!Dorthy is too young to be spayed but that is included with the adoption. She has been microchipped, and kept current on vaccines and monthly preventatives.
