Story
We adopted Mya a few years ago from a local family she is almost 6 years old now. She likes to cuddle when we are home. She sleeps well in a kennel at night if in same room as you but can get distressed if she is left alone in kennel. She does best to let her roam free in house when gone for extended periods of time. Mya is great with other dogs and would do good in a home with multiple dogs or with someone that is home all the time. Unfortunately we are not home enough to give her the attention that she is needing.

Story
Jamie Lee is going to steal your heart, we just know it. She is a fairly docile dog who lived most of her life with an older man who could no longer provide her appropriate care. Jamie Lee is extremely sweet and has never met a stranger. She can be very nervous in new spaces and when doing new things (the stairs at the shelter are the scariest experience). She rides well in the car and is excellent on a leash. Her favorite treats are pigs ears, and we can't wait to find out more about her favorite activities.  The best kind of home for Jamie Lee: Jamie Lee has, from what we have seen and from her previous owner's reports, been a very easy-going girl. She will make an excellent companion for a more semi-active dog home. She has not yet been tested with other dogs or cats, but we are happy to do so for serious potential adopters. We anticipate she would do well with both.
