My wife and I wanted to purchase a dog. My wife had always been in awe of all that the Belgian Malinois breed is capable of, from military dogs, to service animals. She watched countless videos. So when we found a purebred Malinois (without papers) for a great price, we jumped on it. At that time, both my wife and I worked from home, so it seemed like a good idea. Since, we've both been called back into the office and have had to leave our beautiful girl alone. Turns our Belgian Malinois need to be doing something. They need to be given "jobs". They need someone who has time to train them. Neither my wife or I have that kind of time nor do we know anything about training a Belgian Malinois. We both feel horrible to be looking into re-homing her, but we don't know what else to do. She needs more attention than we're able to give. My wife's father can't keep up with her during the day! LOL.

Meet Luna, a 2-year old Belgian Malinois/German Shepherd/ mixed breed dog with a heart full of love and a tail that never stops wagging. Sadly, due to our family preparing for a home relocation, she is in search of a new forever home where she can thrive and be cherished. Two years ago we rescued Luna from the pound when she was 8 weeks old. She was the sweetest puppy in the litter. She spends all her time in our backyard where she loves to chase bunnies and birds. She prefers to drink out of the pool rather than a water bowl, and she is pretty good at swimming. Luna is a loyal companion who adores playing with her people. She is full of energy, loves playing fetch, swimming, and just being with people. She lives outside, and loves other dogs, I believe she would be happiest with another dog. She is unfamiliar with small children and cats due to not being exposed, but loves the attention she gets from us and all our friends. Luna is in good health and she is microchipped and spayed.

I’m Kaiser, an 8-month-old Malinois mix. Would you believe my previous family moved away and left me behind to fend for myself without food or water in this heat? Lucky for me, some nice folks took me in and now I am putting on weight and learning the ropes in my foster home. I love playtime, learning new commands, hanging out with my humans, and meeting new people. My foster mom says I am super smart. I am housetrained, kenneled at night, and travel well in the car. Since I am young and energetic, I would do best with an active family who will continue training and exercising me. Older kids would be fine, but I may be a bit much for small children. Previous experience with my breed is preferred. I have shown some reactivity to other dogs, but my foster mom is helping me work on that. She says I am making great progress because I am a smart boy. My adopters must have a secure, fenced-in yard and be 100% committed to training and loving me for the rest of my years. My adoption fee of $350 helps offset the cost of medical expenses, including spay/neuter surgery, vaccines, and microchip. Deacon is a 4 y/o GSD. He has lots of energy and loves to play. Craves attention & has a strong desire to be with you. Deacon is a vocal dog and will let you know he's missed you. He has a large hard plastic ball that he loves to play with outside. His mother is a purebred CKC registered GSD, but he doesn't have papers himself. He has never had any joint issues. We've kept him lean on advice of vet to minimize any joint problems. He is crate trained (and crate will come with unless you dont want it). Understands basic commands and could do much more if we had the time to dedicate to him. We have another GSD that he gets along great with. He's also been around other dogs. He loves kids and has been a great family pet. Never been around cats. He will bark to warn of strangers at the door, but I would classify him more as a pet vs guard dog. If you want it, we'll gladly give the following with him: Crate/bed, ball, food dish, leash and any paperwork we have.
