Story
This dog was running a major highway for many weeks and they asked if they trapped him was there anyone that could foster so since it was a highway down the street from me I said I would. Did not realize that 7 weeks later he would still be here. He is too strong from me as I am in my 70's and not well. He loves to go out and play in my large dog area. I have 2 other dogs and 4 inside cats. All are kept in kennels in the house. He seems to love people and he just wants to be loved. He will walk by the cats when taking outside. My 2 dogs are just too jealous of him. I don't know how he would be with children but as I have said he is very strong. If needed I will give the kennel he is in and all toys that he is crazy about. What ever food is left in bag.

Story
Hi, my name is Brownie! My sibling Blackie and I are beautiful German Shepherds. We are naturally smart-we know a few commands already but would need an experienced dog owner to work with us to continue our learning! Please have the time and desire to keep us from getting bored and we will make you proud! We are still working on potty and crate training-we just need some patience and consistency please. We love people and older children-zoomies, roaming, and running is so fun! We really can jump, so please have a nice high fence so we can't get out~We love dogs, but only large ones like us, please! Small dogs and cats are definitely not a good idea please! We are learning to really like car rides, and of course, treats are the BEST!Brownie is part of our Home to Home Program. Although they are not a Pawmetto Lifeline dog, they have received the same high standards of care. Vaccinations and spay/neuter are included in the adoption fee. Pawmetto Lifeline wants every animal to have a chance to find a loving home. Please fill out an adoption application at https://pawmettolifeline.org/adoption/adoptionapplication/ or contact adoption@pawmettolifeline.org if you would like to meet this animal. Please contact us at adoption@pawmettolifeline.org if you would like to meet an Ambassador Animal.
