Rufus is a two year old purebred Toyger with complete TIGA docs. He is an indoor cat and a clean bill of health. He's affectionate, self-reliant, and behaves well with children. No aggression and enjoys playing. The need for rehoming stems from our move to a new home in Jan 2023 and the birth of our second child in Sep 2023. We got Rufus when our first daughter was four and he was great for 2 years. However, following the birth of our second child, Rufus started spraying and urinating throughout the house, despite having a perfect record prior. We think due to territorial issues with the newborn, hes largely indifferent to her. Our neighborhood might also be a factor as we commonly see foxes, racoons & cats. With our younger child starting to crawl, these habits are very problematic. We think that a new home would be best to get him back to normal. I'd be happy to share more info about him. We will include his litter-robot, auto feeder and cat supplies and not seeking compensation.
