Meet Katie the Bernidoodle!  She has a sweet and nurturing soul. She came from a breeder and wasn't a good fit to breed, but will make a great companion for any family. She is 1-2 years old and timid. She doesn't have an aggressive bone in her body and handles well. However, she wasn't handled much and is afraid of people. She wants to be loved so much but gets nervous at the last second. She follows me and licks my hand when my back is turned and I am loving on the other dogs. She will bond hard to the family who shows her love which I have seem beginning while she has been in my home. Katie is calm in the house but loves to play and run when she is outside. She does not currently walk on a leash but seems to be potty trained. She hasn't peed in the house, but I have a dog door she frequently uses. She LOVES dogs and would love to have a dog in her next home or at least a playmate. Katie is also good with kids and gentle with puppies. She has proper dog etiquette and socialization. Katie is not food aggressive and does not object guard. She is passive and kind. Since she doesn't walk on a leash yet and may have lived life in a kennel, a fenced yard would be the best and easiest transition for her forever family. I haven't noticed any shedding; so if she sheds it is minimal.   If you are interested in meeting and/or adopting this baby, please fill out an application. They currently are fixed, up to date on shots, wormings, preventatives and are microchipped (with lifetime registration).
