Story

Toto came to us after her Mom could not take care of her and is now in a home. Her neighbor contacted us and were worried about Toto not getting enough exercise, fed too much. She has been a delight and is surely one of the best little one and well behaved we had in our Rescue. Toto was checked by the family vet and just got a dental so has a beautiful smile now. Her adoption fee is $600. She is 8 years old and 20LBS- We are looking for someone who will be walking her and keep her active!!! A little note from her foster Mom Sonya: Toto is a well-mannered love bug. She will point her nose towards her leash when she needs to visit the grass and will also point to her food bag when she is hungry. She likes to give you a quick kiss after you feed or walk her. She likes walks but loves sitting in a lap even more. Toto needs some extra walks to help her figure. She can make a quiet chirping sound to try to talk to you. She instantly bonds with ladies and likes gentlemen after a treat or two. She loves to put her head on your shoulder and put her loving gaze on your face. Toto has a special emotional connection which establishes quickly as she lived with her prior owner in assisted living, so she is extra talented in solving loneliness. We do not adopt to family with young children.

Hi, my name is Bandit and I want to steal your heart! I am a very handsome two year old black and white Poodle/Bichon mix. I was surrendered to Coastal Poodle Rescue because I have a lot of energy and need to have more play time and attention than my family could give me. I am neutered, microchipped and up to date with my vaccines, tests and on heartworm and flea/tick prevention. I do have some skin allergies and the doggie dermatologist said I need to eat a special diet of rabbit, venison or kangaroo. There are many brands of this type of food that you can choose from and can purchase both wet and dry food in a pet store or online. My treats are limited to bits of the special food or a human animal cracker which the dermatologist recommended. I would love to be adopted by a family who has time to play with me and give me lots of belly rubs. I like to play fetch with my stuffed animals in the house and play catch me if you can. I can pluck a tissue out of the box before you blink, then the chase is on! I told you that I was a playful pup! I make friends easily, especially if you give me belly rubs! I dont mind going to the groomer and getting a spa treatment and haircut. Everyone thinks Im very handsome and I think so too!! I am fine with other dogs but I dont play with them. I like playing with my toys and humans are my favorite! Im sure you would love to meet me so give me a chance and Ill prove that Im a sweet, loving little guy who would love to be part of your family. BANDIT is currently being fostered in Brevard county. Humphrey is no longer available for adoption, because of his declining health, SCMR feels it is in his best interest to keep him in his loving foster home for the time he has left. A home that is familiar and where he enjoys his foster siblings.
