Story
Rhodes came to us with a trouble past. With years of abuse. He is looking for a family that will help him learn to trust humans again. He has been good with most of the dogs at the shelter. He has been around older kids, no younger ones. He has not been cat tested as he shows a little to much interest in them.

Story
Hazel is a is 6 years old and a true hound dog! She loves getting in all the sniffs possible, exploring, making her dislike of lawn care known, and taking up more space on the couch than any grown man I know. She gets along well with other dogs and humans on all ages. She does get a bit possessive with her food, only with other dogs though, so she gets fed in her crate. Which takes 2 minutes max due to her love for food. She isn't picky when it comes to kibble. She loves apples and bananas too! If you give her a peanut butter filled kong she will be your best friend. We are experiencing a significant amount of stress in our household and just cannot give her the time and love she deserves. We are hoping to find someone who can provide our girl the enrichment and attention she needs to be a happy hound.
