Applications need to be approved before a meet and greet will be set up for any Fetching Hearts Rescue dogs. Meet Logan!! This sweet boy was found as a stray in Mississippi. He was so skinny and of course was heartworm positive. Once we saw this handsome boys under bite and smile, Fetching Hearts Rescue knew we had to help him. Logan has been treated for Heartworm and is all cleared. He is healthy and happy now. Logan is looking for a family or a person to be his bestie. He loves his humans and loves to cuddle with them. We would recommend older kids just because of his size. He is a big guy who doesn't always know his size. Logan, will is working on his leah walking. He does best in a harness when walking. Logan would love to go to classes with you to learn his commands as he loves to please his humans. He is crate trained and almost 100% housebroken. Logan is a smart cookie. He would love a fenced yard to run around with you and play ball or even go on a hike. He needs to stay busy with his bene bones or other types of bones to chew. Logan will also chill on the couch when he wants to hang out as well. Don't miss out on this handsome boy!!! He deserves his best friends!!! Logan deserves nothing but the best and his true forever friend or family. He cannot wait to make amazing memories with you. Story
Meet Crosby !! Crosby came in with his brother Carter. One of the volunteers found them on a dirt road in Mississippi. They were full of worms and looking for food and water and nobody was looking to help them. The volunteer took them in to get them started on deworming medicine and gave them good meals/water. They now are happy and healthy pups!! Crosby is the more outgoing of them both. He is still on the shy side when he first meets new things in people but warms up fairly quick. Crosby is going to make a great family member as he is a submissive boy with a great personality. Overall, he loves playing with his toys and chewing on bones. Crosby and Carter will wrestle and play together. They love other dogs as well so having another dog in the home for Crosby would be best. Due to Crosby being a puppy still, he will need training classes to learn commands and how to be a good boy growing up. Keeping him socialized and entertained will help him as well. Grow up to love everything. Right now both Crosby and Carter are not being left more than 4 hours a day. This is due to their feeding schedule of eating three times a day still and also needing to go potty. If you're looking to bring Crosby in to your family forever and love him lots, please apply for him today!!! You won't be disappointed with him. He is a huge lovebug!!!! If interested in Crosby, please apply online: ADOPTION APPLICATION or email us at Info.FetchingHeartsRescue@gmail.com. Story
This beautiful boy Berkley is in need of a new home. Unfortunately he is just not able to trust children. This sweet boy is a 10 yr old black mouth cur who was born on 10/20/2014. He loves to be around his people. He loves to play with his favorite toys which are an octopus and a squeaky pig. He is getting older so playing fetch doesn’t last as long. He listens very well and will not stray too far from you. It does take a bit for him to warm up to you but when he does he is a love and will want to lay in your lap or next to you. He is a spoiled inside dog. He does get separation anxiety when left alone too long. And tends to counter surf if he is anxious. He does get very excited and vocal when you return home, he will sing to you! We want to be transparent about his issues. We think he has some hip issues and takes medication for this along with an antidepressant. Berkley has food aggression with other dogs and small children. This boy is a sweetheart who loves lazing!

Story
Tyson is a good dog that requires a lot of outdoor time. He's good around both our young boys and is house trained. We unfortunately do not have the time to give him the attention he needs and feel he would be better off with a family that can give him the attention he deserves. We have a crate, leash, a few dog beds, and some food that will go with him as well. The adoption fee is simply to cover the costs of those items and posting fee here.
