💘 Meet Woogie! 💘 We’ve got another pretty girl that broke off the chain life ⛓️‍💥 thanks to Dog Aide! She is searching for her forever home! 🏡 She is a loving, snuggle bug who would love to be your fur-ever dog! 💗 she is 1 years old, 47lbs, spayed, UTD on shots. Woogie will need a quiet, calm home where she can get a lot of attention and continue to learn to trust her new family. A home with no children may be best, as she is still working through some triggers. Given her history, it takes Woogie a longer time to trust men and she will need patience and training if she transitions into a home with a man. With that said, once she warms up and trusts you, she will shower you with affection and snuggles. Woogie has now formed her closest bond with her current male foster parent, which gives us so much hope! 🥹❤️ Being an indoor dog is new for Woogie. She has learned that her favorite things to do are cuddle in bed, snuggle on the sofa, and go for very long walks 🦮 She has made progress with her leash and is learning to not pull. She loves playing chase with tennis balls and solving puzzle snack toys. She is still a pup and is learning how to play gently and will need some training. Her current foster parents work from home; she does well being quiet in her dog bed with her toys during Zoom calls and enjoys full access to her human friends throughout the day. She seems interested in other dogs while on walks and doesn’t bark at them. Hi, I'm Molly! Look at my cuteness! Aren't I adorable???I came to FMAR as an owner surrender. If you come to see me, please give me a few minutes to get comfortable. I'm really an affectionate and happy girl but I might seem shy when you first meet me. I promise to come out of my shell quickly! I love to go for walks and run in the yard. But most of all, I love being around people. I'm too interested in cats to live with any. I didn't have a chance to play with other dogs while living in my first home so If you have a dog, I'll need a slow and calm introduction. If you would like to meet me, please submit an application for me on our website https://www.friendsofmichigan.org/adoptable-dogs. I am neutered, up to date on all age appropriate vaccines, heartworm negative, microchipped, and on monthly flea, tick, and heartworm prevention. My adoption fee is $250, which covers all of the medical care I have received.**Each dog is different, so each adoption is different. Our adoption process might require multiple visits to the shelter before our dogs can go home. Or they may be ready on the first visit. It really depends on the individual dog and the potential adopters. Once we receive your application, the Dog Staff will contact you to discuss meeting our dogs.
