Story
Hey there! I'm Moki! I've been with my foster family for a few months now gaining confidence and learning what being a pet is all about. I've come along way but still have a ways to go. I love to lay my head on someone and just take a nap. My favorite spot is on the couch. Occasionally though, in the mornings I will get the zoomies.    I love to follow my foster mom all around, but my foster dad, not so much. They've got some fun kids that I like to hangout with too. I do take some time to warm up to new people especially men. I also have some fur siblings that aren't so bad. I do well in my kennel or sleeping in bed with my mom. I'm house broken and I'm not big into toys yet but I do love a nice bone to chew on! I do pretty well walking on a leash with my mom as well. So now, I'm looking for a nice family and couch to call my own.   Apply for me at: https://www.fetchfosterandrescue.com/adopt   Name: Moki   D.O.B: 03/27/2023   Breed: Black Mouth Cur   Weight: 70 lbs   Sex: Male   Altered: Yes   Adoption: 400 + 150 Fi collar   Good with Cats: I've been fine with the cats in my foster home!   Good with Dogs: Yes, of course.    Good with Kids: I do enjoy the kids I've met so far!   Special Requirements: Fi collar   *Moving into a new forever home is an exciting and sometimes a bit nerve wracking experience for a dog. This dog specifically will need a little extra time to adjust and feel comfortable in their new home. During this transition they will be more of a flight risk, so they will be adopted with a GPS collar. This is for their safety and your peace of mind, just in case he/she slips the leash or sneaks out the door and runs off. The cost is $150, which includes the collar and a 1 year subscription of the GPS tracking services. So if there ever is an accident, you can easily locate and safely retrieve your new family member.   *Positive reinforcement obedience training is a great way to bond with your new family member. It can also help set up a relationship with greater odds of success integrating your new pet into your family. Anyone who provides proof of completed positive reinforcement training will receive a 100 dollar refund from Fetch Foster and Rescue Inc! If you have questions or are wondering if the class you want to take qualifies please reach out! ♥   Fetch Foster and Rescue Inc is a 501c3 non-profit organization ##2011732##

Story
2 years old (estimated) Spayed female 55 lbs. Sweet girl who loves belly rubs Has done well with other dogs No known experience with cats or children More information coming soon! The online adoption listing websites require that we choose a predominant breed or breed mix for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable so for most of the dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We encourage you to select your new companion by considering each dog's individual personality and pet qualities instead of relying on a breed label that is only a guess.July 9, 2024, 1:58 am

Check out our Facebook page and YouTube channel for more pictures & videos of our adoptable dogs!Updated: 6/24/2024 Dog Name: Miller Sex: Male Estimated Breed Mix: It's hard to say what this litter's breed truly is, but we know they're 100% adorable!! Bud and Miller look like Black Mouth Cur, Stella and Shiner look a bit husky, and Amber and Ale look like they could have some Cavalier King Charles Spaniel in them. Approximate Age: 9 weeks Approximate Weight: 7 lbs Litter: 6 Pack Description: Miller and his 5 siblings were dumped in a cotton field. They are lucky enough that the farmer who found them has a good heart, unfortunately most dogs and cats dumped in farming fields are lost to wildlife or euthanized on the spot. This litter is so fun and sweet, they love to cuddle and are adorable! This little six pack was lucky to find a temporary Texas rescue and foster- they are now enjoying summer and ready to make their way up to Wisconsin! Adoption Fee: $450We are a Wisconsin state licensed dog rescue -WI# 402433   ***We do not have a central adoption center at this time. All our dogs are in private foster homes within WI. At this time we only place our dogs in areas of WI. The breed of our dogs is our best guess with the help of our veterinarians. Our Weight Classes are as follows: 0- 25lbs - Small 26- 45lbs - Medium 46-89 - Large 90+ X-large If you are adopting an adult dog, which we consider 6 months of age or older, your adoption fee includes the following: Spay/Neuter, Rabies and Distemper shots, dewormed, flea & tick preventative, heartworm tested and microchipped. If you are adopting a dog younger than 6 months of age, the dog will be up to date on the shots as per the dogs age. The dog will be dewormed, flea/tick preventative and microchipped. We only spay/neuter our dogs by 6 months of age. If you decide to adopt a younger dog than 6 months of age, they will need to be spayed/neutered at one of our preferred clinics. This will be determined by your contract along with the month they should have their surgery. This is included in your adoption fee. Once you are approved with our rescue, you can meet any one of our dogs within the fosters home. If you are interested in the dog you met, you can take the dog home under our mandatory foster to adopt program. You receive 5 days to see if the dog is the right fit for your home. If it is, we will conduct the home visit and finalize adoption. If it is not, it is returned to the foster. We are happy to find you another dog that meets your needs in your home. If a dog is listed as PENDING, a family has met the dog and planning on adopting the dog after the home visit has been conducted. We always suggest sending in an application for a dog because there are times where the dogs are given back to us under the foster to adopt program. There are many reasons dogs are returned but normally it just was not the right fit for all. Please go to WWW.TAILWAGGERS911.COM under HOW TO ADOPT . We have an online application that is very easy to fill out. July 14, 2024, 8:44 pm

Story
WE ARE A TX BASED RESCUE. THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION. Please fill out an adoption application found at haydudeequine.org Pacaya - You are the bridge between what was and what will be, my pathway to a new life! I am an athletic little lady from Central America, named for the volcano where I was found. I love to run around having a grand ole time and would make a great companion for an active individual or family that loves to hike or as a jogging pawtner!! Are you training for a 5K and need a running companion? I am your gal!! Are you and your family out hiking and exploring on the weekends? Again, you need to look no further for canine companionship! But, wait, there's more!! I also enjoy sitting on the couch and watching TV with my Hoomans :) Nothing better than a belly rub and an ear scratch after a fun day full of activities! :) I am not overly hyper, anxious, or high strung, I just enjoy the outdoors but I also love my down time with my family!! Sleeping on my doggie bed under the fan sure beats the volcanic rock of my youth! Just a little about my youth; I was born on the side of the Pacaya volcano in Guatemala. One day, a lady from Hay Dude Rescue came to hike the volcano with her family. I introduced myself by doing my "good dog" tricks; sit, shake hands, and don't jump up!! Through lots of red tape (including quarantine) we found ourselves at the Houston airport!! God Bless America!! I am so grateful to be here and for the love, food , and care that I receive...and it shows on my face and my appreciative attitude. At 2 years old and 35ish svelte pounds, I am in the prime of my l life and am seeking my permanent Hooman family. I get along great with all people and dogs and I'm already house trained! I am joy filled at every aspect of life and communicate that joy through my loving nature and accommodating personality. My clear, bright eyes sparkle with intelligence and understanding. I understand a lot of human speak and pay attention to my people and surroundings. If you are looking for an intelligent, fun loving and active companion, I am that gal!!
