He may play tough, but he's full of affection and eager to please. His energy and enthusiasm make him a perfect match for an active family or individual. Dog Friendly: Yes, Bud is great with other dogs and would do well in a home with a canine companion or as an only dog. Cat Friendly: Unknown at this time. Sallly is a sweet 2 year old Bloodhound mix whos friendly and playful. Sally has the best parts of being a Bloodhound minus the slimy drool or howling. Sally is an excellent traveler in the car and enjoys leisurely walks, would also make an excellent running buddy. She is extremely playful, chasing after balls or gnawing on chew toys. Sweet Sally (as her foster mom likes to call her) has not met a person or dog she doesnt like. Shes currently in a foster with dogs of all sizes and ages.   She is gentle while taking a treat and safe to be around children since she has zero agression. Sally is a lover, likes to cuddle up and if you let her, sleep on the bed with you. Sally is housetrained and will go to the back door when she needs to potty.and follows basic commands. Sally is up tp date on all vaccines, heartworm negative, spayed and microchipped. ##2144512##

WHO LET THE HOUNDS OUT!!! We'd love to introduce our L4P family and beyond to our Cities of the South litter of almost 4 month old Bloodhound x Black and Tan Coonhound mix puppies. The pups were the result of an accidental litter, and their mother is a purebred Bloodhound while their father is an AKC registered Black and Tan Coonhound. There are 5 females and 3 males. These babies are BIG babies and will be very large dogs as adults. All 8 puppies are at least 32lbs already, with two of the males weighing 42lbs!! Franklin - Male - Currently 33lbs Atlanta - Female - Currently 32lbs Bristol - Female - Currently 37lbs Myrtle - Female - Currently 36lbs Charlotte - Female - Currently 32lbs Memphis - Male - Currently 42lbs Raleigh - Female - Currently 34lbs Nashville - Male - Currently 42lbs Both Bloodhounds and Coonhounds are very intelligent, curious, high energy, and high drive breeds who will need adopters with hound dog experience. Both breeds are very vocal and these pups love to sing. The Cities of the South puppies are here with us at Camp L4P in Sarasota, Florida will be ready to go home around the middle of August once their vetting is complete. Their adoption fee is $400.
