Story
This beautiful girl is everything! Marsha is estimated to be about 7 years old and weighs 42 pounds. Marsha is a such a sweet, well-mannered and attentive girl. She is a gentle soul with more of a quiet personality, who just wants a family who will love her forever. Marsha’s only care is to get attention and be close to you, especially if that involves having her neck and ears scratched! A home with a big garden where she can relax and sniff around would be ideal for this lovely lady and her houndy nose! When she came to the rescue, her nails had grown into her pads and when we cut them, she was very cooperative and trusting, what a treasure she will be for someone. She is not getting any walks right now so her pads can heal, but she doesn't seem to mind with all the snuggle time she is getting with our volunteers instead! Marsha will need a home where any children are calm, respectful and at least 8 years old to match her personality. If there is another nice doggy sibling in the home, Marsha would love to meet them. She seeks attention and guidance from you when meeting other dogs but stays soft to their approach. If you are interested in Marsha and are at least 21 years old, please come to our kennel during business hours, make an appointment, or fill out an application at k9stray.com and an adoption counselor will be in touch. We look forward to helping you find your new best friend! *Please check your lease agreements for breed/weight restrictions prior to applying. We also do not do cat testing, so we do not know how a dog will do with cats. Not all dogs are available to go home on the same day you first meet.*
