Story

This is Maverick. He is a two year old Border Collie/ Australian Shepherd mix. He is very obedient with commands. We take him camping and to the lake and he absolutely loves it. He’s such a sweetheart and is good with kids. He’s just rambunctious and has a lot of energy so can knock over smaller kids. With all that being said, he has been around other dogs his whole life but once I got pregnant, he started fighting with my other dog and unfortunately it hasn’t stopped. Before my pregnancy he had never fought with another dog before. He also digs as he gets bored in the yard because of his breed. He would do best on a ranch or with a family that has time to take him on runs and spend time with him playing to get his energy out. He has been an indoor dog and outdoor dog. He had been crate trained in the past and is potty trained. He really is a great dog, he just needs more attention than we can give him. He would probably do best as an only dog but could also be fine with another.
