Story
Noche is about four years old and weighs 35 pounds. We got her about a year ago from a humane society. She is full of energy and loves to chase and jump to catch balls. She is very loving and enjoys a good cuddle. Unfortunately, she is very reactive. She reacts to other dogs, strangers, bikes, basketballs, and anything unfamiliar. When she is not distracted, she is very good on the leash. We use a gentle leader. I took her on a hike on private property, and she was an excellent trail dog. Our retirement plans include travel. She becomes stressed when we travel. She is house broken and crate trained. She sleeps all night. Once she meets another dog, she is friendly and likes to play. We don't have kids, so I cannot comment on her behavior around kids, other than to say that she seems fine with our 10 year old neighbors. She is quite rambunctious and might knock younger kids over. She craves attention, so a home where someone is home during the day would probably work well.

Story
Blue is an incredibly energetic and happy boy. He is a herding breed so he needs a very active lifestyle, OR he needs a job. Now we're not talking accounting or anything sedentary, he needs a job herding, or an adventure safety buddy job where he can hike with you and keep bears away. Or something. Regardless, he's a good boy and he was rehomed through no fault of his own, they just had to move...life happens. He's currently in a foster home and does well with all of their doggies! We are unsure about cats. He has also been socialized with children in his previous life.  If you are interested in meeting Blue, please fill out the application! Huck is smart and full of love. He really enjoys playing with other dogs, going on walks and hikes, playing fetch, and snuggling up with the humans at the end of the day. He knows a number of commands (sit, lay, come, back, bed, heal) and tricks (spin, around, shake, roll, fetch, crawl, nose balance, catch, play dead). Huck does tend to bark when humans or animals approach the house door so if you're looking for a safety alarm he's a great match.

We are looking for a good home that is good about routine and exercise. He has had 2 homes in the past. I am fostering him and teaching him to problem solve and being confident while doing so. He is underexposed and nervous around unknown things, I cannot keep him sadly but i am able to help find him a new home. He knows basic obedience.

Story
Todd is honestly a wonderful dog. We got him from a farm in De Beque. He does not bark much, only as a warning to us when someone is at the door, or he hears something suspicious. He loves to hike, run alongside me mountain biking, is desperate for walks every day and is very loving. Todd is 6 years old. He needs a home that is very outgoing and active, preferably without young children or other pets. The reason we have chosen to rehome him is we simply cannot keep up with his need for activity anymore and he occasionally has issues marking and pooping in the house. We believe this is because he does not get the exercise he needs as much, as he did not do this until we had children and couldn't provide that anymore. If you're looking for a hiking, running or mountain bike buddy, he might be the perfect dog for you!

10 month old red heeler / border collie mix. VERY high energy. Extremely loving and excitable. Loves attention, fetch and walks, hikes and runs. She is great with children, other dogs and chickens. She is unsure about cats. Does fairly well on a leash but open spaces are her favorite. Crate trained and doggie door trained. A little skittish at first, but a very loyal and loving puppy.
