Story
Meet Ranger! We adopted Ranger from a shelter 2 months ago, we believe he is about one year old; however no one is quite positive as he was found abandoned in a doggy play yard a few weeks before we had adopted him. Ranger is the sweetest, most loving, and compassionate dog I have ever met, he needs someone who will give him just as much attention as he wants to give you! He loves to go on adventures and long walks, but at the end of it all he will just want to snuggle up with you on the couch. He still has a puppy mindset and does not realize how big he is, so he will do best in a house without small children. He loves to play with other dogs; however, he sees cats as a challenge. He is a border collie so he will follow you to every room you go to make sure you arrive safely, even if it is just 10 steps. He needs an experienced adopter as he has a lot of separation anxiety and is still learning how to not play with his mouth like a puppy would.

Story
Vandalay from our Texas drainpipe pups is still waitng for her big moment to find a forever home of her own.  Currently in a Long Island foster home, she is a kelpie/poodle mix, around 7 months old.  Vandalay is fully vetted, happy, playful and doing well with her puppy basics.   She would love a doggie playmate to keep her company and a large fenced backyard to help her stay active and busy!  She is good with other dogs but would prefer a kitty and child free home - please help us find her people!   All of our animals are examined by a veterinarian, given age-appropriate vaccinations, de-wormed, microchipped, spayed or neutered, heart-worm tested, and treated if necessary. Vet references and a home/family visit are required, and an adoption fee applies. Transport options are available within our area of operation, including Pennsylvania, the tri-state area, and New England. Please note we do not adopt animals into Canada. Visit www.pmarinc.org for more information, and to fill out an application.
