Story
Charlie was born about July 27, 2023 and will likely top out about 40 lbs.  Charlie came to us from  dog control for the town of  Collins which isn't too far away from us.  To us Charlie does 'seem' to be a Border Collie - he looks like one and moves like one.  Charlie is going to be best in a home with another fun dog. He is doing amazing with all the other dogs here and adores us humans as well.  Charlie is a very handsome, happy, fun, and funny young lad that does ride well in the car.  He would love to hear from you and have you offer him a forever home. The Adoption Fee for this dog is $500.00. Adoptions fees vary based on adoptability. In general our fees include spay/neuter, all age appropriate vaccines, Home Again micro-chipping & registration, worming & flea control - a 'complete' pet. We accept CASH or Visa/Mastercard ONLY.    Joyful Rescues has no funding except for our adoption fees and miscellaneous donations. Pet care and vet bills are expensive - you must be ready to take on this financial (as well as emotional) responsibility. YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE TO ADOPT A DOG FROM JOYFUL RESCUES   We keep our pet list as up-to-date as possible. As soon as a pet is adopted, it is removed from the list. If a pet is still showing, it is still available for adoption.   Can't Adopt Me?  SPONSOR ME Look for the Link 'Special Instructions to Seller' if you want to note a particular pet Before you seek to adopt a pet from Joyful Rescues, please read our Pet Adoption page http://www.joyfulrescues.org/pet_adoption.html. Story
These pups are 8 week old Border Collie mixes who traveled all the way from Mississippi with 8 other pups to find their forever homes! We estimate that their adult weight will be somewhere between 40-50lbs. They are sweet, sassy, and full of life. They love to give kisses and enjoy playing outside. They are cat neutral and used to spending time with dogs of all sizes and ages. They currently sleep in a play pen and we have introduced a crate with an open door. They already prefer to go potty outside, but always use the potty pads if they have to go over night. So smart already! Please note, these 3 pups will not leave for their forever homes for another 2 weeks and will need 2 more rounds of vaccinations after that (covered by the rescue along with spay/neuter when old enough). Until fully vaccinated puppies should only explore your home or yard on the ground, but can go out for adventures and socialization with their paws off the ground. No long distance adoptions please! If you’re interested in fostering or adopting one of these sweet puppies, please fill out an application at www.rosebudrescue.com/adopt or email us if you already have one on file!
