Story
Meet Kage, the ultimate good boy who's just so darn cute! This gentleman is a pro at house living, fully potty trained, and a master at walking on a leash and harness. He's a social butterfly, getting along famously with other dogs and loving those backyard playdates with his pals. Kage is a stunning mix of Lab and Border Collie, the perfect blend of intelligence and family-friendliness. He's just the right size, like a mini Lab or a slightly larger Border Collie. When you find two fantastic things that go together like peanut butter and jelly, you celebrate! Kage is that winning combo, and now you can celebrate by making him a cherished member of your family. His temperament is pure gold - sweet as honey with everyone he meets. Now, here's the scoop: Kage is a special needs pup, and he's looking for someone who can be with him about 90 percent of the time. Storms, rain, and loud noises send him into severe panic attacks, and he's been known to chew through walls when anxiety strikes. Crates aren't his jam because of past storm-related trauma. He's also dealing with seizures, so he's on medication for that. Kage would thrive in a local adoption, and he's best as a single dog with no cats or small animals around. He's a wonderful companion for older kids, and he loves nothing more than cuddles and long walks. He's got the whole house training thing down too. His foster mom adores him and has prepared him for his forever family as best she can. Now, the ball is in your court. Remember, when you adopt Kage, you're not just bringing home a good boy; you're giving him the loving, understanding home he deserves. Don't shop, adopt, because Kage's life depends on it! Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $400 (includes transport to your area - $50 Temporary Fuel Charge will be added)

So, have you ever written a novel??? Or maybe just a paper for your Bachelor's degree?? Well then ACE is something you would completely understand, right?? LOL, who wants to remember the most horrible trauma you have had as a college student?? A-Answer, C-Cite, E-Explain.... so now you know, my name may represent some kind of forgettable nightmares from English Lit... but you can now exchange that nightmare with LOVE and PUPPY FUN!!! Ace is my name, I am a sweet boy, maybe border collie/lab mix who has a way with words :) Barking that is!!! No I am not a serial barker, I am kind of a quiet guy, whose love you will see in my eyes, not in your ears :D I am such a good boy, I never want to end up on the streets like I was found, and this is where you come into the picture! I am ready for adoption! I am ready for you! I am ready to live my forever life with my forever family :) ADOPT.... DON'T SHOP!!! MY LIFE DEPENDS ON IT!! Story
Flower. Flower was the only survivor of a box of 7 puppies who were thrown away like trash. She came to me as a 10-day old bottle baby and struggled for a few weeks until she finally turned a corner and started to thrive. She is a little fighter and now has reached the ripe old age of 6+ weeks and had her first vaccinations recently. She is currently eating kibble and is looking for an adopter who can enjoy her antics and find or provide her a great forever home! Flower is probably a border collie mix of some sort but because she came in a box, it is just a guess. She is active and playful but tries to test everything with those little needle teeth of hers. She will need an active home to vent her energy and persistent training as she tends to like to have her own way. Perhaps agility training to help meet her activity needs. Flower responds well to playing with the chihuahuas and with Laila, the former bottle baby boxer, who all will let her know when enough is enough! She loves larger dogs and likes to interact with kittens as well. Flower is all of 4 pounds right now at 6.5 weeks and should end up being a medium sized girl. She is very loving and looks to people to be her pack. Local adoption fee is $250 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $500 (includes transport to your area, $50 temporary fuel fee will be included)

Story
Eddie's a 6 y/o border collie mix.   Needs a place without other dogs (big may be OK) or small children.   I live in Oregon, but will travel within 1000 miles+ for good home.  I adopted Eddie in Dec 2019. He was 2.   Was an adoption return.   He was not well treated as a puppy. He's always been tense.    He's been improving but has herding/nipping. When I got him, I was a widower with an old Aussie/Lab. She died soon after adoption.   Eddie did fine with her.   I remarried in Dec 2020.     My wife brought a Shih Tzu and grandsons into our life.  Eddie was friendly with the grandsons (7 and 10).   He did nip the older one on the cheek when he jumped in Eddie's face. Months after the Shih Tzu moved in, Eddie started grabbing his head. It was a responsive behavior, not an aggressive attack. They happen a few times a year. On the last one, he injured the left eye, requiring removal. He does well with people and dog He needs to be in home no kids or small dogs.

Adoption Fee: 350.00Weight: 51.2lbs Arrival Date: 06/13/2024Microchip number: 982091073103317Meet Scott! This boy just is so excited about....everything! His favorite thing in the world is just being loved on. He is shy in new environments as he is trying to figure things out but with a confident pet parent/staff member/or volunteer he quickly begins to explore his surroundings. We do not have any history of Scott with children or cats, and he can be selective when finding new canine friends so if you currently have a dog at home it would be best if you bring them in for a meet and greet to see if the two of them would get along. He has done playgroups with other dogs and he would prefer to just follow the person around the yard...instead of play with the other dogs.Scott is a very sweet boy! Spend some time with him and who knows.....you could be his person.
