Story
Meet Bessie! She is a sweet, senior gal who is looking for a calm and loving retirement home. From her foster: "And as far as Bessie, now even though she may be older and have arthritis boy does she have some energy! She loves following you around ANYWHERE and if you are standing still there's a good chance she'll be walking around you in circles but she does enjoy her couch cuddle time as well. I will say, curiosity is strong when it comes to this one! Any chance she gets she'll try to sneak out of the door with you just because she wants to join in on the adventure! She's an absolute goofball and joy to have around! Shes just happy to be in anyones presence at any time. ADOPTION FEE: $300 We are a foster-based rescue and generally do not have pups available to meet at our office except during adoption events on Saturdays. Not every dog attends every adoption event. Interested in this pup? The first step is to complete our online application by clicking the "Apply for Adoption" button. Please note that we are only able to finalize adoptions at events for approved adopters. The earlier you apply, the better as it takes time to review and approve applications. We host adoption events almost every Saturday from 10:00am to 1:00pm at our rescue office (1721 W Harmony, unit 102, Fort Collins, Co 80526)! Check our Instagram and/or Facebook page for info on where we will be hosting adoptions this weekend! All Aboard Animal Rescue saves dogs and puppies from high-kill shelters in other states. These pups are brought to Colorado, where they are required to be spayed or neutered - breaking the cycle of unwanted litters of puppies who end up as strays! Please consider supporting us in this mission by adopting, fostering, volunteering, or donating.

Story
Hello, I'm Posie. I'm super bouncy and love to twirl in circles when I'm excited. I love chew toys and running fast! Children 8 and older would be best, so I don't knock them down. I pay no attention to the cats in my foster home. I have a funny tail and I'm smaller than I look in my photos.  ##1953751##

Story
Gold, Silver, and Bronze are three Boston Terrier girls that were found as strays in a small southeastern town. Gold and Silver were first discovered running the streets, while Bronze was found by a resident. The three girls were reunited by animal control.  While they were in the same area being fed,, Gold and Silver attacked Bronze, who was injured in the incident. Bronze was separated from the other two and taken to a veterinarian, where she was placed on antibiotics and pain medication. The dogs were then transported to the rescue, and were not fed with other dogs. A few days later, during some excitement outside their play yard, Gold and Silver attacked a smaller Chihuahua. As a result, they were placed in a dog run together in a back area. Bronze is now in the front play yard with other small dogs and is doing well in play and in her kennel at night. She is fed in a hallway because she tries to eat all the food. All three girls are friendly with people and just need attention and love. They may do well with another, larger dog.  It is recommended to bring any existing dog to meet them before adoption. Gold is the biggest of the three and is a bit shy, but loves attention. She has not been tested with children, so would likely do best with older kids who will not be in her face constantly. Gold is spayed, microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccinations. She has had some accidents in her kennel at night, so it's suggested to put her in a smaller space overnight. Gold has not been tested in a home, but does know how to use a doggie door. With training and attention, she should housetrain quickly. The rescue believes Gold would do best in a home that has experience with the Boston Terrier breed. To meet Gold, Silver, and Bronze please submit an adoption application, please visit www.fureverdogdenver.com or call 720-588-6809. ##2147347##

Story
Neptune is a 2 year old Boston Terrier.  Neptune was dumped in the middle of no where, we are guessing it was because his breeder was done with him and didn't want him anymore.   Neptune has been in our foster care for a couple weeks now and is ready to find his forever family.  He gets along great with other dogs and people.  He just has that happy-go-lucky personality most Bostons have.  He would do great with an active family or another doggy to play with.  When he isn't having fun with his humans and four-legged foster siblings he is snoozing (and snoring) hard.  He is just the cutest little potato! If you are interested in adopting Neptune please email us at brighterdaysdogrescue.com  ##2136585##
