Story
Welah is a pretty, muscular, and energetic Boxer American Pit Bull Terrier mix with an estimated birthdate of 07/09/2020. She came to Murci's Mission after being picked up stray and going unclaimed in Chewelah.
First and foremost, Welah is the snuggle queen. If you've been dreaming of a dog that sleeps under the blankets with their head on the pillows and thrives on being the little spoon, THISISYOURDOG
Welah is very loving to people of all ages and sizes, and would do fine in a home with children. She kmows basic skills and is presently crate trained and house trained with a number of basic obedience commands. She has developed great leash manners over the months of time at Murci's Mission, and she's able to be a great walking and jogging companion.
Welah's ideal family would be home bodies with a secure yard for exercise, or an active family committed to managing her manners in public. She loves going for walks, playing fetch, and she would be excellent at weight pull, carting, or other strength based sports. She's a 10/10 car ride companion and loves road trips. Welah has also been improving in her dog to dog social skills and is now suitable for a home with other balanced and fair dogs. She would still be far too overstimulated in a dog park or public beach type setting, however she's quite easy to handle on lead even in crowded areas when using the prong collar. Welah currently cohabitates with dogs, cats, and a toddler and she's tolerant of everyone, and especially fond of kids.
Welah comes spayed, vaccinated, microchipped and dewormed. Her adoption fee is $200 and includes a sample of her food, medical records, leash, collar, herm sprenger prong collar and ID tag. To be considered to adopt, please begin by visiting www.murcismission.org and sending in an application.
