Story
7/14/2023 Pancho II is an owner surrender looking for a new home. Hi! My name is Pancho! I am a 1.5 year old handsome brindle boy that is an owner surrender due to dynamics in my family changing and they are no longer able to provide me with the time that I need since moving into my second home. I am described as active, friendly, smart, protective, and playful. I currently live with other resident dogs and we are said to get along fine. There are no kids in my home but when I had exposure to kids at the dog park, I was fine with them. I do not live with cats but will bark at them from the house when they walk by, so it is unsure if I am feline friendly. I do need some help with learning how to be house trained and crate trained, if that is required in my forever home. I am a quick learner so these should be easy for me to learn. Currently I sleep outside but would love to sleep indoors like I have in the past. If I must be left alone, it is suspected that I could be curious and not have the best behavior because I’m used to being left alone with the resident dogs and used to having company. When I am outside I do not attempt to jump fences/gates but I am curious about what is under the grass and will dig to find out. Some of my favorite things are riding in the car, wrestling and chasing other dogs, watching tv, going to the dog park, being with the humans, and cuddling. If you are looking for a sweet and active boy, look no further! Contact the rescue today and give them my name because I am waiting to meet you! ##1771746##

Story
12/28/2023 Koala is an owner surrender looking for a new home. Hi! My name is Koala! I am an 9-year-old handsome flashy fawn boy that is an owner surrender due to a change in my family’s dynamics and we no longer have access to room to run and play. My brother, Kuda, is also available for adoption and we would love to stay together, meaning twice the amount of boxer love for our forever family! I am described as friendly, active, calm, playful, quiet, obedient, and affectionate. I am dog and kid friendly! I currently live with my fur brother and a 6-year-old kid and do well with both. I have never lived with a cat so it is uncertain if I am feline friendly and a proper introduction would be needed. I am house trained, crate trained, and at night I sleep in my crate. When the owners must be away and I am left alone I do okay but am excited to see my human when they get home! When outside I have good behavior and do not dig or attempt to jump fences/gates. Some of my favorite things are riding in the car, my small rubber tire toy, being outside, my brother Kuda, and cuddling. If you think my brother and I would be a great addition to your family, contact the rescue today and give them our names because we are waiting to meet you! ##1900087##

Story
2/28/2024 Ross aka Tucker is an owner surrender looking for a new home. Hi! My name is Ross aka Tucker! I am a handsome 8-year-old brindle boy that is an owner surrender due to not being dog friendly and for everyone’s safety, it is best that I am the only dog in the home. My current home is next to a creek/golf club that is unfenced, and I do not get along with any animals that come into my yard. I am described as friendly, active, smart, playful, affectionate, and obedient! Like a typical boxer, I love kids! There are no kids in my current home but there are a lot of neighbor kids that I interact with and they love me! I am house trained and have had crate training in the past, but I am able to be trusted to freely roam the house when the humans are away. I initially bark when they leave the home but settle in once they are gone. Like a true king, at night I sleep on a stacked throne of 3 dog beds in the human’s bedroom. When outside, I have good behavior and do not dig or attempt to jump fences/gates. Some of my favorite things are riding in the car, Kong toys, bones, being brushed, and catching frisbees! My current family wants nothing more than for me to have a safe and active home for me to play and be loved! If you think I would be a good addition to your family, contact the rescue today and give them my name because I am waiting to meet you! ##1983782##

Story
3/16/2024 Baby Girl III is an owner surrender looking for a new home. Hi! My name is Baby Girl III! I am a beautiful 8-year-old fawn girl that is an owner surrender due to being found as a stray and my current caregivers are unable to keep me long term. I am described as friendly, active, smart, calm, playful, affectionate, quiet, and obedient! I listen well and will sit when told and will enter a room that you tell me to just by pointing. It is said that I am dog friendly but unknown if I am kid friendly since none live in my home. I am cat friendly and am kind to them and do not chase them. I am house trained, crate trained, and at night I sleep in the guest bathroom or outside. The owners have left me alone once for about 20 minutes and I was fine staying in the guest bathroom and did not scratch at the door. When outside When left outside, I am a digger and escape artist. Some of my favorite things are riding in the car, playing fetch, playing, curling up on the couch, and squeaker toys. My current caretaker says I am “the kindest, most gentle dog they’ve encountered”. I get excited easily but do not jump on people. After my initial excitement I will lay around most of the day. If you think I would be a good fit for your family, contact the rescue today and give them my name because I am waiting to meet you!   ##1994530##

Story
I have a beautiful dog that we love, but we got him as a rescue puppy not knowing the breed or how big he’d be. His Mom was 39lbs and he’s over 85lbs (12 months old). 50% American Bully, 25% Belgian malinois and 25% german shepherd. Chipped, has had all of his shots, and is neutered. But, I have a young child entering the home and he gets excited and knocks them over due to his size. Has never broken the skin when play biting anyone, but does mouth kids who have cried saying he it them and has broken the skin when scratching kids from jumping. Seems to be smart and easy to train in some ways, but I can't give him the attention he needs to watch over him. Comes when called, knows sit/stay, and waits on his dog bed while I get his food ready. Very friendly and happy dog in general. Crate-trained and potty-trained. Seeking the right home for him. He really enjoys the company of other dogs (plays with all sizes at the dog park).

Story
I got coco from the animal shelter and he was the cutest little thing. Unfortunately now, me and my family are very busy and travel a lot. It is starting to get expensive and also very time consuming for us. He is around 10 months old, if not a year old. He does need to be trained but he knows the basics like sit, stay, and is potty trained. He’s very active and will jump on you.
